Welcome to Associates in Eyecare. We are a general/comprehensive Ophthalmology practice. This means we take care of all types of eye diseases. We see patients 8 years old and older. We do routine exams, glasses and contact lens exams, and medical eye exams. We perform surgery for all problems in the front of the eye, such as LASIK, PRK, cataract surgery, and glaucoma surgery. We do not perform eyelid plastic surgery or retinal surgery. If you have any questions, please call our staff to see if we can meet your needs. We look forward to working with you.
Dr. Stuart H Frankel, M.D., founded Associates in Eyecare in 1977. After 43 years in practice, he retired in October 2020. He is proud of his accomplishments, not only founding the practice but also delivering top-notch care to tens of thousands of patients over the years.
Our mission is simple: to provide you with the highest quality of eye care and surgery using the latest technology available. I thought she was excellent. She gave a thorough examination. She explained things to me. She walked me to the eyeglass care place and spoke directly to the gentleman in charge to talk about being insured to make sure the glasses that I picked out would accommodate my astigmatism since it’s very severe. I was very impressed with her.
