Long wait time. Since if we are 15 minutes late you can reschedule according to your sign you should have a sign that says tell us if you have been waiting 15 minutes past your appointment time

Dr Shahouri is kind and considerate Doctor. He shows compassion towards the pain I suffer with arthritis. I realize theres no cure, but he's finding ways to help me manage my pain. He's very busy in his practice, but I always feel he has time for me as his patient.

Was prepared for my meeting with him. First advised I had seen him in 2018 for the reason I came in 11-2025. I couldn't even remember being at this building. Answered all my questions. Listened. Spoke to me at a human, personal level. I was at the appointment by myself. Took the appointment slow. No rush. Left with a prescription and follow up directions. It was worth the wait to come to AARC.
