Long wait time. Since if we are 15 minutes late you can reschedule according to your sign you should have a sign that says tell us if you have been waiting 15 minutes past your appointment time

Dr Shahouri is kind and considerate Doctor. He shows compassion towards the pain I suffer with arthritis. I realize theres no cure, but he's finding ways to help me manage my pain. He's very busy in his practice, but I always feel he has time for me as his patient.
