Otilia Zepeda is an Exceptional Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been with Dr. Resa’s office for 20 years. I have 6 kids all very different and with each she is attentive, thorough and compassionate. She is the right amount of both professional and comforting in what can sometimes be uncomfortable visits. Aria has done exceptionally well having her. Very disappointed with the experience at this dental office. I when for one extraction for my sons molar, and according to dentist get a spacer. I want to see with dentist if we can safe it that day but after a 2nd x rays the dentist now comes with not just one tooth but 2 teeth removed. When she did not say it from the 1st x rays and did not explain the full process since the beginning . The 2nd xray left me so confused and uncomfortable. She try to explain but to fast like she was in a hurry. I would have her to appreciate more communication so I can make sure I understand the process and feel informed. Unfortunately this was not the case.

First time seeing this doctor and definitely would schedule with him again very nice person caring and took time to answer all my questions.

Couldn't answer my question, she got a little snippy with her response but still couldn't provide a clear answer on a simple question. I have up and decided I will just ask WIC or Google it. My question was how many ounces of formula should my 1yr old consume in a day. Should have been a simple, clear and direct answer.
