Dr Callaway did my 2nd cervical spine surgery.i was having pain in both shoulders and arms. I had very little feeling in fingers. I met Dr Callaway on my first visit. He told me he could help my symptoms by doing surgery. But before I could have surgery. I was going to lower my A1C and to have a endoscopy done to make sure that I could have surgery since I already had one cervical surgery. I was able to meet his requirements. His office done all the scheduling and insurance claims for me. Dr Callaway did my surgery and all of my expectations were met. Now my quality of life has improved so much. I have feeling back in both hands and fingers. With very little pain. It has been 36 days since surgery. I’m so thankful for choosing Dr Callaway. I was a patient of Dr William Ashford already. I believe that they are great doctors. I was much more satisfied with Dr Callaway than the previous surgeon.

Stared at my stomach the ENTIRE visit as if she's never seen an overweight person before. She literally didn’t examine me. She didn't check my range of motion... She did not touch me once. She asked if i needed muscle relaxers, and i said no. Then she asked how I was sleeping. I said I slept well, and she pushed the subject. "You never have pain sleeping at night". I reluctantly told her that occasionally I might turn the wrong way and be in pain, but it's very temporary. She then prescribed 2 medications, one that isn't recommended with another medication I'm on, and the other was the muscle relaxers that I told her I didn't need, she said for sleep... then prescribed it 1x every 6 hours.

Dr. Callaway has been very helpful with my spine issues, coming up with treatment remedies that are working pretty well. He’s very informative, knowledgeable and answers questions that I routinely have. I feel very assured by his competence.
