There was miscommunication with my previous appointment which resulted in a missed day of work only to be told that I wouldn’t be seeing the doctor, The office staff are always professional and assisted with future appointment.

Having to wait 59 minutes before being seen without providing me at least an update was ielnconsiderate to the patient. How is it that Dr's can be later but if a patient is only a few minutes late, they cancel the appointment?
