His nurse practitioner was abrupt and dismissive and indifferent and asked me what I wanted them to do, that insulted me--(I was there to get help, just like everyone else.) Dr. Emerson didn't really reassure me that my allergies were gonna go away, so I feel like I'm in limbo. But he was nice and friendly.
