He is very helpful and speaks to you in layman's terms so that you understand what he is telling you. I'm grateful that he comes to the area I live. His staff is very kind, helpful and courteous. If they don't have the knowledge regarding your question, they direct to the right person that can help you. In short, they are wonderful!
