Dr Farris cited he could only see me for 15 minutes according to insurance policy. quote - i can only discuss two of the four issues today. The front office confirmed this was not scheduled as a “physical” but rather a visit… my insurance has confirmed there are not time limits in my policy. I recommend if you use the term “insurance dictates this process” that you’re positive this is true with the carrier. Secondly, if this is your office policy please advise that upon scheduling. We could have certainly covered the issues I was hoping to discuss in 20 minutes, I was not asking for 35.
Very condescending. Not very knowledgeable. Needs bedside manner training and more experience with all sexes. Will never see again!
He talked over me and didn’t let me finish talking about my ailment. But he did explain things thoroughly which i appreciated.
