Dr. Vamsi Kancherla is a board-certified spine surgeon with both orthopaedic and neurosurgical fellowship training from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He provides evidence-based nonsurgical and surgical care for all spinal issues from the cervical to the lumbar spine.
Given his unique training, Dr. Kancherla has particular interest in artificial disc replacement, minimally invasive decompression and/or fusion, robotic & navigated spine surgery, and endoscopic spine surgery.

Dr. Kancherla is not only a great physician and surgeon but also has a good bedside manner. I always leave feeling better than when I came.
I've been around a few spine surgeons and I like the fact he took his time and didn't seemed rushed. I was afraid I was going to be just a number, but it was the exact opposite. Gave me some options, so I'm happy about that. Totally worth the drive!
Excellent Pysician!! I've going to him for almost 10 years. I would trust him with my life!
Provides x rays but no mri s to testify to his work on injuries still not better 7 months later
We absolutely love Dr. Kancherla!! He is so kind, personable, and genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. We drive 5 hours from Alabama to see him and he is so worth it!
