I was very well taken care of with Dr. Kong. Everyone made me feel as tho I was the only patient in at that time. The visit was on time and I wasn't put in an exam room and left unattended. I appreciate their attention to the time of my appointment.

Before joining EyeHealth Northwest, Dr. Kwong practiced at Medical Center Eye Clinic in Salem, Oregon. He previously spent nearly a decade with Northwest Permanente/Kaiser Permanente in Portland, providing primary eye care and working collaboratively with ophthalmology specialists across the region.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Kwong served on the faculty at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where he helped train optometry students while providing patient care through the Illinois Eye Institute.
Dr. Kwong earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. He completed a residency in ocular disease at Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates in Bel Air, Maryland, affiliated with the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
