PT was very welcoming and had an eye for details of my condition. When she returned with the Doctor, they were in agreement about a medication that I was put on by another doctor. Tactful, too.

Dr was polite and knowledgeable. Only problem I had was when hearing test was done. I need hearing aids and fitting consultation wasn’t done at same time as hearing test. Now I have to go back for something that should have been done after hearing test was completed. (Like other providers have done in past…test and consult was done same time). Then another appt to pick up aids and get them adjusted. Three visits which should have been only two. This puts a hardship on patients that has lots of appts. Please consider adding consult and fitting to first visit and it will save patient $$ in gas and traveling. It’s harder to travel when you get older.
