I saw Dr. Michaelson yesterday for an issue with my knee. After explaining what happened he told me what he wanted to do. After assuring me it wouldn't hurt (big baby here) he drew 50 cc's of fluid off the knee and injected cortisone. I left the office practically dancing just minutes later. Love the care he and his staff show and will go to him with any knee or shoulder problems❤️❤️

The only negative is that the office refuses to give patients a direct number to call them. This is ridiculous. One should be able to call a doctors office and get a doctors office and not a call center in Arizona.

I recently had surgery on my left shoulder. Dr. Michaelson performed it. He performed the surgery on my right shoulder a number of years ago. The right surgery has totally recovered the left one as well on its way still getting therapy on it. Dr. Michaelson has been very thorough and his explanation and anticipated recovery time from the surgery. Recommend him highly

Surgery went well with the exception of my intolerance to the pain meds. Recovery has been easier compared to my right knee 10 yrs ago. I think it helped greatly to be able to walk right after surgery and not be immobile for 2 days after surgery

Doctor Michaelson did an ACL reconstruction on my knee and meniscus repair, which turned out great! He is also a compassionate and caring physician and helped me tremendously in my recovery from this unfortunate injury. He informed me and answered all the questions I had pre-op and post -op . I highly recommend him!! I feel very fortunate to have had him be my surgeon!
