Doctor performed services very professionally and I received excellent care and advice. I was disappointed that there is not enough flexibility in what can be addressed in one visit. The Doctor explained that this was due to disputes with insurance. If you make the appointment for one body part, say, your hand, then you cannot address another body part, say, your wrist. You must make another appointment. In the past, other doctors at the same practice have indeed addressed more than one issue. Considering the time and money involved, this seems rather inefficient for all parties involved.

Dr Balk takes time to listen to your concerns and always explains all your options in detail. I would highly recommend!

Dr Balk was great at explaining the findings on my exam. I was, however, upset about having to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. . I did not have to have any testing or radiographs prior to my appointment which I know can delay being seen on time. Since I had to return to work, I found this delay very upsetting.
