Dr Buterbaugh was friendly . She explained everything to me about my shoulder issues. Gave me options for treatment and listened to my concerns . All of the office staff is friendly and helpful.
Love this office and Dr Kristen is caring and compassionate! She knows EXACTLY where the problem and pain is and I always feel better after I see her. I have referred lots of people who have any hand, arm or shoulder pain to her! A million thanks Dr K!!!!!!
I received two cortisone shots. Before administering those, Kristen discussed future options and plans. She meticulously located the best injection sites and injected them without any pain for me. Kristen is thorough, personal, and professional.
