Dr. Hemmer and his medical assistant Jay are top notch - really helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I had some difficulty when I first called to set up an appointment with whoever answered the phone because they were convinced we wanted a hip replacement revision for my 92-year old mother, when we just wanted her to see someone about her hip pain (in the other hip that had not had a hip replacement). I ended up talking to a manager who helped us get set up with Dr. Hemmer. But if I had not asked to speak to a manager the first person on the phone basically refused to make an appointment for us which I found very strange.
