Knowledgeable. Thorough. Direct and gracious: "No apologies needed, I've been around too long to be offended!" I arrived on E to pay monies owed and mentioned a recent, puzzling lower back tweak to Q: "Will you consider an x-ray?" [Paraphrased] All Spc Ortho staffers went above and beyond for me on 09.23. Sadly, I can't recall everyone. Gigi was great! Dr. Hemmer had many well-timed humorous in-session replies! Proficient doctoring and positive service awaits all who enter Speciality Orthopedics!
