Dr. Hemmer and his medical assistant Jay are top notch - really helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I had some difficulty when I first called to set up an appointment with whoever answered the phone because they were convinced we wanted a hip replacement revision for my 92-year old mother, when we just wanted her to see someone about her hip pain (in the other hip that had not had a hip replacement). I ended up talking to a manager who helped us get set up with Dr. Hemmer. But if I had not asked to speak to a manager the first person on the phone basically refused to make an appointment for us which I found very strange.

Efficient and professional, great beds, side manner. Love Doctor Hemmer, I’ve been seeing him about 27 years. So glad to see he’s practicing.
Dr hemmer is very nice and takes time to listen to you and explains everything
He shows true concern and willingness to help his patients. The appointment time is no more than maybe a 10 minute wait. He gives you a chance to ask questions and share your concerns and does not rush you in and rush you out.
Such a caring person and listens to what you say.
