Dr. Desai is a very good doctor he builds confidence in him by being direct and I personally appreciate that. The whole staff is very knowledgeable in what part they do and are very friendly. The amount of time waiting to be called is very short. I appreciate everyone there .

The one issue is that when calling I have been on hold for 20 minutes!!! I hung up and tried again. On hold for 10 minutes. In addition to several calls before be that. Needs to be addressed by phone service that you employ. Thank you for asking for my opinion.
