Waited for almost 1 hour after being in the exam room. No contact from the time I was in the exam room until the doctor came in. No explanation for the extended wait- no apology for keeping me waiting- nothing. Seems to be only fair if a patient doesn’t keep their appointment they pay anyway. Suggest using the same criteria for medical professionals. If the doctor was responding to an emergency- no question - put appointments on hold to deal with the emergency. But keeping patients waiting due to overbooking acknowledge a patient was kept waiting and offer at least “sorry”.
Very knowledgeable and friendly
I loved him . I would use him for anything
Very compitant
He explained everything I needed. Was very worried about this appointment and by the time I left I felt so much better about things
Such a nice, caring man. Funny, too!
Professional and informative about healing process.
Very informative, knowledgable, and kind.
He is very hard to understand, but believe he knows his business
I was a little surprised that he found an injury from 1966 that I had forgotten about. It makes sense though.
