Dr Krynetskiy was great. He told me things no one else was telling me and I am excited to see how this might help. I did feel very rushed in and out of there although it took an hour to do each step. (X-rays, etc) Some of the staff were so kind/helpful. I would recommend. They could improve on the feel of the place. Feels really large, rushed and impersonal.

Very knowledgeably and professional! Best of all is that he gives me great foot pain relief!

This is, by far, the best surgical procedure pre-op/ post-op experience we have ever had. Dr. Krynetskiy and staff go above and beyond to assist, listen to and satisfy the patient. As a patient I never felt I was "just a number".

The doctor was very clear and did a good job of explaining the options with no pressure.

Dr. Evgeny was very thorough, reviewed the MRI and pray, asked a lot of questions and gave what I feel is an honest, complete opinion.

He is very straightforward but patient at the same time. Explains everything in a way that you understand but don’t feel like you’re being talked down to. And he likes to crack jokes with you too. Highly recommend

Explanations as to why I needed another X-ray and why I didn’t need surgery after another doctor told me I needed it was very confusing. The staff just said you need an X-ray. I made them stop and clarify. Dr H’s staff is more forthcoming with information. I was not thrilled with his bedside manner considering this was the first meeting. It was very cold. I feel as a patient more information was needed and not given until requested. I shouldn’t have to ask why I’m getting an X-ray after and MRI. After asking I for more information it just wasn’t upfront.

Dr Krynetskiy is amazing! So glad to be able to walk again. I’m very thankful to have had him as my surgeon.

Could hardly understand what the man was saying. He was not clear in my diagnoses at all. Had to pay for an item & wasn't shown how to use it. Don't waste your time & money.

Nice but explanation of injury and treatment felt rushed and he is difficult to understand when communicating test results and plan of treatment. Provide patient with written plan of treatment. It's not on the portal either.

Dr. Krynetskiy has very poor communication skills. I saw him about a foot issue for a second opinion and when I told him that I had seen a Podiatrist he bristled and cut me off. He said he would not do the surgery to fix all the problems I’m having dismissing the 2 hammertoes that have just developed as “ not too bad”, then walked out of the exam room

Amazing doctor. Feeling thankful that I was treated kindly and with respect. The entire facility, from xrays to appt was the most efficient I have been in, in a long time.

Instead of a treatment plan his first thought was amputation.Will not be going back.

Dr. Krynetskiy listened well, discussed several paths we may need to take, took current xrays to compare with the prior ones I had taken in the emergency room, and confirmed the best path. Then immediately arranged outpatient surgery and follow dates. Good to go.

Waited and waited for doctor to come into patient room……the pa finally came in. She was great and gave good recommendations but disappointed that I didn’t actually see the dr.

Dr. K was very thorough while explaining treatment for my foot. He removed a callus on the spot- giving me immediate relief from the pain.

Doctor released me to go back to work one week after surgery while still having stitches and walking in crutches and a lot of pain and taking Percocet which clearly says don’t drive!! and his discharge instructions clearly say don’t walk don’t drive and keep leg up for 7 to 10 days, furthermore he and his staff refused to accommodate me with any FMLA for my wife to stay home with me for longer than a week so I’m at home by myself and simple bowl of cereal takes 30 minutes of hopping around the kitchen on one leg. One week post surgery he didn’t show up for the first follow up and instead I saw a PA. Stay clear from this guy.

The doctor was professional and answered questions. The X-ray tech, however, made me put full weight on my foot prior to the doctor's exam. My pain has dramatically increased since then. My foot has a very bright red spot and looks like the bone might pop through.

He is good but I had to wait for an hour passed my scheduled appointment time. That is not acceptable. I made an appointment based on my schedule and expected that appointment time to be respected.

They removed old hardware from a prior surgery & did some further correction of bones & bunions.
