Registration staff are constantly on their phones and not attentive to the patients on line. Onr in particular is always intensely playing candy crush or watching movies and don't even notice you're on line waiting to be registered. This is not meaningful patient experience..

Dr. Evan Tobin, M.D. is originally from Texas. He graduated with honors from Princeton University. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and was selected to be a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his surgery internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital and his ENT residency at The Ohio State University, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Columbus Children’s Hospital (now Nationwide Children’s).
