Overall, considering the circumstances, it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. Dr. Bartel and his team were extremely attentive, explained everything and took time to answer questions. Their follow up after the procedure has been outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about the total experience. They definitely made a tough day a lot easier.

I wish I would have been told he was an hour and a half behind schedule! I could have stayed home in a comfortable setting. I was not informed until I asked what was taking so long. And then I only got to talk to him for 3 minutes?

Dr. Bartel uses leading-edge surgical and non-invasive techniques to treat everything from arthritic conditions and foot deformities to traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.
It is Dr. Bartel’s primary goal to get patients back quickly to a pain-free, active lifestyle with minimal to no restrictions. Surgery is only an option when necessary, with physical rehabilitation and/or anti-inflammatory therapies (such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), cortisone or viscosupplementation injections) used when possible.
A Fox Valley resident for the last 25 years, Dr. Bartel actively supports the community and participates in various fundraisers and events.
