I wish I would have received a report on my surgery. I did not talk to Dr Bartel afterwards. He spoke to my husband. A written report of what was done would have been helpful. The post op notes were generic.

Dr. Bartel is awesome! Not only did he work me in to a schedule for surgery on a day he wasn’t operating, he gave me peace of mind answering the medical questions that I had. He is caring and, looks the patient in the eye, when speaking. God bless you Dr. Bartel for making time to see me so soon I can’t thank you enough! Jane Wiemerslage

Dr. Bartel uses leading-edge surgical and non-invasive techniques to treat everything from arthritic conditions and foot deformities to traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.
It is Dr. Bartel’s primary goal to get patients back quickly to a pain-free, active lifestyle with minimal to no restrictions. Surgery is only an option when necessary, with physical rehabilitation and/or anti-inflammatory therapies (such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), cortisone or viscosupplementation injections) used when possible.
A Fox Valley resident for the last 25 years, Dr. Bartel actively supports the community and participates in various fundraisers and events.
