Waited one hour and never saw him. Couldn't wait any longer. Had to reschedule. Earliest available was 6 weeks later. Not acceptable!

Dr. Chau is a very hard-working carrying Doctor Who I believe has a triple caseload, but he still tries to be a thorough as he can be, and takes care of his patience to the best of his ability discreet
