I didn't like how Dr. Chau spoke to me and I noticed he got louder when he told me "you're not doing enough". It surprised me and made me quickly look up since I was looking down at my purse. Also, my appointment started an hour late. I will consider a different doctor for my care.

I have been a patient of Dr Chau's for 10 yrs.. the best thing the CHC Clinic's ever did was to hire him and then offer him a permanent position . He's so hard working and always puts his patients first. I've been very sick with multiple diagnoses and he has never failed me as a physician. I would recommend him to anyone who's truly looking for a near perfect PCP ; he's the doctor for you and family members! I Love You Dr Eric Chau!!!.

I don't believe I could ever say enough good things about Dr Chau. He has been more than helpful, and extended himself in ways that no other physician that I've seen in the last 30 years has done. My first experience with Dr Chau was at the walk in clinic on Blosser in SM. I was in severe respiratory distress and was later diagnosed as having " walking pneumonia". Rather than assign a staff member to contact me, Dr Chau called me himself to determine if the treatment was working and find out how I was doing. MDs don't do that anymore! He was the first in 30 yrs who demonstrated that kind of concern.. I am grateful to have him as my primary physician. I hope he doesn't retire any time soon!
