A doctor i actually look forward to seeing (imagine that) Dr. Chau listens carefully then explains how we can go about fixing the problem if indeed it can be fixed. Doc has personality galore which helps me tremendously since some doctors are but wet cloth. Nothing but respect for this doctor.

Appointment felt rushed and minimal care taken to adequately address issues. He seemed to be generalizing our concerns and quickly prescrbing. In past appointments Dr. Chau seemed more thoughtful and professional.
