Dr. Velastegui is wonderful. She takes her time to answer all your questions, even if they're silly. Her bedside manner makes me feel comfortable in awkward experiences. Never a rush, never a judgement. I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

She earned her Medical Degree from Universidad Técnica de Manabi, in Ecuador, her native country, and completed specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in Bronx, NY, affiliated with Cornell University, Joan and Sandford I. Weill Medical College, where she graduated as Valedictorian in 2012.
That same year, she joined Unity OBGYN at Park Ridge in Rochester, NY, where she practiced for over seven years before joining Greece OBGYN.
Dr. Velastegui is fluent in English and Spanish. Her hobbies include traveling, either for pleasure or as part of medical missions, cooking, watching movies, and creating memories with her husband and two children.
