Dr V. was wonderful! I felt heard, validated and she gave me a couple of clear plans of attack that I understood so I could make an informed decision how to proceed with a questionable mammogram. This was my first visit, i drive 3 and a half hours and she will be my Dr moving forward.

Dr. Zoila Velastegui, M.D., FACOG, is a board-certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her Medical Degree from Universidad Técnica de Manabi, in Ecuador, her native country, and completed specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in Bronx, NY, affiliated with Cornell University, Joan and Sandford I. Weill Medical College, where she graduated as Valedictorian in 2012.
That same year, she joined Unity OBGYN at Park Ridge in Rochester, NY, where she practiced for over seven years before joining Greece OBGYN.
Dr. Velastegui is fluent in English and Spanish. Her hobbies include traveling, either for pleasure or as part of medical missions, cooking, watching movies, and creating memories with her husband and two children.
