She is very nice however I didn’t like that there were 2 possibly students not sure because they weren’t introduced to us when they came in & didn’t like that one of the people training did my daughters exam without making sure I was okay with it first

She took the time to explain the steps of our son’s surgery, easing our worries and ensuring we felt confident and informed.
