Dr. Zania Parker is President/CEO of Phoenix Women’s Health LLC and seeks to forge a new dimension for the practice. She received her Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College and went on to complete her Residency in the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA, and The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, New York. She went on to become the Medical Director of Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Gadsden, AL, a 44-bed Acute Rehabilitation Center. Under her outstanding leadership, the JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization) accreditation for this facility, was renewed for an additional 3 years.
Dr. Narcisse now desires to utilize her background in the area of Rehabilitative Medicine to improve the health, mobility, and overall quality of life of patients she treats in this practice. Dr. Narcisse is the mother of a young daughter, who is the love of her life. She enjoys singing and reading novels.

I LOVE Dr. Parker! My laser hair removal process has been amazing. It doesn’t hurt like I thought it would and she is very professional with me the whole process. She also talks to me about life and makes me comfortable where I don’t think about it much.
She is an awesome lady and doctor she takes her time with you and talks to you through the procedure I would recommend her to anyone she is a God-fearing woman a phenomenal woman
