I frequently wonder why people go to Columbus or Cleveland for their medical care. Unfortunately I now understand why. I scheduled an appointment due to concerns I had that I did not feel were being addressed by my optometrist. When I finally got to speak with Dr Lazer I felt belittled over my concerns and scolded for making an appointment with a “surgeon” to discuss my concerns. I still do not have an answer for the issue I waited 4 months to discuss and now have an appointment in Columbus.
