He was late by 20 minutes, but I guess that's not bad. He has already done 2 surgeries on me and he's going to do my other knee soon. The new building sucks, the lasting is ridiculous, then they put an ortho unit on the 2nd floor? How stupid was that Norman Regional?
Very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate his least invasive approach and only working to surgery as a last resort.

He and the staff were very professional and also personable. We work together to devise a rational plan of action for my injured shoulder.
