I really appreciated the time that Dr Knutson took to explain to me what was wrong with my hips and that he gave me options and didn’t push surgery immediately.

I feel like when I told the Dr. I didn’t want to have surgery that he didn’t care to discuss anything further with me. He left the room saying he’d come back and we’d discuss next steps, but he never came back and I was told by one of the staff I was done.

I feel we had an awkward start. At one point, he said something while facing the wall so I had to ask him to repeat it. He looked at me then started speaking loudly. After we got into the mri results, the conversation got better and wasn't as awkward.

This was my second shoulder surgery. Different shoulder, but better results. Less pain, and Dr. Knutson started me on PT and the CPM chair immediately. The surgeon on the other shoulder surgery, kept me immobilized for over a week. I have more mobility at this point, than I did last time.

All the staff and Dr. Knutson were amazing. They worked me in for an appointment when I was in the area and took exception care of problems.

Dr Knutson and his PA ,Jordan, were excellent. They spent a lot of time helping me to understand what my issue was and educating me on shoulder mechanics and the root cause of my pain. Each provided options of treatment which made sense. great!

very dissatisfied with surgery outcome and recovery time (much longer than previous surgeries of same type). Worse, all he could say was that he does "the same procedure as anyone else would", and showed NO concern for ongoing pain and stiffness.
