This is just a personal request. I wish in my paperwork I could get a sheet that compares my lab results from the last couple of visits. At least the last 3, it would be helpful to understand my progress or lack of progress. Because the appointments are so short, I forget what we talked about so quickly and actually having a record of it would be nice. But that's just me.

Getting more comfortable with Doctor Ozuna and staff . He is personable and listens to what I need to say.

The only problem was previously my mother was able to receive a permanent handicap sticker placard with Dr. Ramirez that lasted for 4 years, but now she has to get a letter every 6 months and return to DMV, I think this is a bit much for her.

This is not a bad review. It’s a wait and see review. Today was my first visit with this doctor. I just want a doctor that will take RLS seriously. It is a debilitating Condition., at least it is for me. I have had it for years but it has been very painful for the past 5-6 years. I just want Good medical care. The RLS along with Hereditary Spherocytosis and thyroid condition keep me exhausted. What is the answer? I don’t know. I hope this doctor will be interested enough to find out. I will gladly give him 5 stars if he can figure it out.

I took my daughter with me at today’s visit 11/15/22…Since I’ve been very overwhelmed with tests, scans etc. I get confused with what meds I need to help me with my needs. Dr. Osuna listened to me and my daughter. He went over my blood results and understood my needs. My daughter knew what to ask him and was very satisfied with additional meds that were prescribed and also offered samples of 1 med. Also helped me with referrals. I’m hoping they work. I know I can call if I have any questions. I’m very satisfied with Dr. Osuna. I’m praying he doesn’t leave Gonzaba. Thank You!!!

He is on top of our medication and he has taken very good care of us we've only seen him twice but my mother and I are very happy we both have him as our doctor my mother's blood pressure has leveled mine is doing good very attentive and listens to us oh

I was disappointed with my visit today. I know I got there early and that is fine if someone else was there before me. What was not fine was that I had to wait until 3:20 something and quite frankly I was so bothered I don’t remember if it was 3:25 or 3:30. I just can’t understand why I had to wait so long. Then doctor came in, and I happened to be sick for this routine visit, I told him how I was sick and that I knew it wasn’t Covid because I took a test on Saturday and another one this morning. He proceeded to check my throat from2 feet away from me and asked me if I wanted a shot.? I sarcastically said that would be fine! I had to wait after he left for my shot to the point where I opened the door and was ready to leave when a nurse told me she would be shortly with my paperwork. After a long 10 minutes she came with paperwork and the shot . It is unacceptable the amount of time I spent there today and Dr. Wasn’t there more than 4 minutes!

He’s great, goes over blood work checks my history but there’s always room for improvement, to take a little more time before he leaves the room he doesn’t say anything like the nurse or ladies will be right with you, leaves me to think “ am I supposed to leave or wait?” He does say “ it was good seeing you, take care” but a little more goes a long way.

I just wish the office had informed me to contact the insurance to make sure I would be covered with this new doctor, I hope I don’t have to pay out of pocket since the doc was not a participating provider . Dr. Ozuna did a great job with my first visit. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was kind and friendly. All of the staff was great, very helpful. Im very happy with him.

My first visit with Dr. Ozuna. He was very attentive to my needs. He allowed me to tell him what was going on with my health. Some doctors want a 5 minute visit and you can tell they’re in a hurry but doctor Ozuna heard me out and offered advice that I know will help me directly.

I felt very comfortable with dr. Sauna. He explained everything to me.
