Excellent. He explained things that Ortho Virginia never told me. I am holding off on surgery per his recommendation.
I have had an excellent experience as one of Dr. Braigs patients throughout the entire rotator cuff/bicep tendon repair process. He’s professional and shows compassion. He listens with such patience and understanding of what I’m dealing with. My scars are barely noticeable. You honestly can’t even tell I had surgery just from looking at my shoulder. My husband and I have been very impressed with him and his skills. We’ve been impressed with Jordan-Young Institute as a whole from day one. I highly recommend Dr. Braig. Excellent experience overall. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. They’ve all made my experience regarding my surgery process smooth and comfortable. Definitely 5-star service all the way!

Pleasant and very professional I’m very impressed with his level of professionalism and so thankful for his knowledge. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel at ease.
