Dr. Yves Lafond, M.D., earned his medical degree, completed his internship, and performed his initial residency at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He furthered his clinical training with a residency at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn and completed a specialized Fellowship in Geriatrics at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
