I was so hesitant in going to Kleiman Evangelista especially seeing doctors so young which was even WORSE!!! I was ok (only) after my first visit. However, after my first eye surgery, I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with Dr. Yusra Siddiqui!! She is so knowledgeable but most of all, she took her time during the evaluation all the way through my follow ups!! I have even recommend her to some of my friends!! I would NOT go to any other place!! KUDOS to Dr. Siddiqui and the customer staff!!

Verbally she spoke to me where I understood all she was saying. Did not hurry me in any way and she seemed pleased talking with me.

I explained myself several times and she did not listen to me. Just spoke over me like I'm an idiot. I had to see 2 seperate doctors before her, both of them said I would need to have this removed. My insurance was only good at a few places. I had to drive over an hour to spend 5 and a half minutes being spoken down to. I've been on antibiotics fo weeks and she said that my eye was too infected to do anything. This is a lie. And I'm not foolish to believe it wasn't because they were running 2 hours behind on appointments and possibly she had no idea how to remove the stye. I even have to see another doctor may 13th for the removal. So she probably doesn't have the skill set to do the removal. I had to pay over 200 for this waste of my time, then another 275 for an ointment. And still have to live with this mess another 2 weeks. I will be dealing with this for almost 2 months and close to 1000 dollars before I get the help I need that is shameful.

She talked to me through the whole procedure so I knew what to expect next. That was very helpful.
