He may be a great surgeon…I don’t know…but he seemed to frown on my being there asking why I made an appt with a surgeon. On top of that he seemed to mock my weight…which is heavy but how he said it lacked any tact or levity.

I appreciate you attempting to fit me in but this is two straight visits being seen 45min+ past my appointment, at separate offices.
Simply unacceptable. I understand I've missed an appointment in the past but there's a financial impact to the patient when that happens. When the doc can't make appointment times, it's still the patient expected to bear the burden.

Rushed. Did not take the time to answer questions, prescribed medications without explanation out in the hallway. Walked away leaving me to ask the aid what had been prescribed and what the plan is. Our family has used this practice for years. This experience was far below any other provider there.
