Dr. Lewicky did an amazing job on my shoulder. From the first appointment all the way through post surgery, I have had complete confidence in him and his ability to get me back to my normal activities. He is very professional, very easy to understand, very patient, and will explain whatever is necessary for you to feel comfortable with every step of the healing process. His staff is amazing as well.

I recently had surgery to repair my broken clavicle from mtb fall and couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Lewicky and his team. He has a wonderful, personable bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and walk me through what to expect during recovery—no rushing, just clear and compassionate communication.
The surgical staff was equally excellent: professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Thanks to their skill and teamwork, my surgery went smoothly and I’m already seeing great progress in healing.
If you’re looking for an orthopedic surgeon who truly cares, I highly recommend Dr. Lewicky. Five stars!

Great bedside manner. Reviewed images and discussed options. He felt a total knee replacement was needed. I’ve already had multiple knee surgeries in the past. Even tho Dr. Lewicky is a surgeon he recommended another colleague who has more specialized to handle my case. I immensely appreciated that.

Holding a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Dr. Lewicky cares for patients through Northern Arizona Orthopaedic’s Sports Medicine Specialty Center. He also serves as the Orthopedic Team Physician for Northern Arizona University and Flagstaff Highschool sports. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Lewicky served as Assistant Team Physician for California sports teams including, San Diego Padres, San Diego Gull and the University of California – San Diego athletic teams.
Dr. Lewicky earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University then continued his graduate and doctoral degree from the University of Arizona. After he earned his doctoral degree, Dr. Lewicky traveled to the University of California – San Diego to complete his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Shoulder and Knee.
