Holding a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Dr. Lewicky cares for patients through Northern Arizona Orthopaedic’s Sports Medicine Specialty Center. He also serves as the Orthopedic Team Physician for Northern Arizona University and Flagstaff Highschool sports. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Lewicky served as Assistant Team Physician for California sports teams including, San Diego Padres, San Diego Gull and the University of California – San Diego athletic teams.
Dr. Lewicky earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University then continued his graduate and doctoral degree from the University of Arizona. After he earned his doctoral degree, Dr. Lewicky traveled to the University of California – San Diego to complete his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Shoulder and Knee.
Dr. Lewicky is active in the medical community holding memberships with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arizona Orthopaedic Society, American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America.

Dr Lewicky’s my Hero! I’ve lived with Shoulder pain my whole life. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in sixth grade, and then decided to do hair for a living… What was I thinking after 35 years of doing hair my shoulders finally gave out Dr. Lewicki replace them - - 2 Total reverse replacements later - -A new woman!! I never knew what it was like to not have shoulder pain till now!! They’re like new! Range of movement is better than ever!! Dr Lewicky’s surgical Team, along with Tami and the Core/No.AzOrtho Phys Therapy Tea, specifically Katie, Seth & Laura had me back to work better than I’’d ever been… The entire experience; Patsy booking appts/surgery/post appts- Follow ups with Tami Surgery& follow ups with dr Lewicky PT Katie. & Laura -explaining realistic expectations but pushing for more ! Over all office and front desk/ staff courteous and professional … Even through the big move.. always courteous & helpful… I could appreciate tha
