He also serves as the Orthopedic Team Physician for Northern Arizona University and Flagstaff Highschool sports. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Lewicky served as Assistant Team Physician for California sports teams including, San Diego Padres, San Diego Gull and the University of California – San Diego athletic teams.
Dr. Lewicky earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University then continued his graduate and doctoral degree from the University of Arizona. After he earned his doctoral degree, Dr. Lewicky traveled to the University of California – San Diego to complete his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Shoulder and Knee.
Dr. Lewicky is active in the medical community holding memberships with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arizona Orthopaedic Society, American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
