He always seems to be in a rush to get out of the room as soon as he enters. He’s a kind man and I can tell he’s a good doctor. He could be a great doctor if he slowed the pace a bit and really listened to his patients.

Dr Chui is very thorough and explains everything in terms anyone can understand. He gives you all your options and time to discern what course of treatment best suits you. He spends adequate time with you and is extremely polite and professional.

Everything went perfectly, Dr Chiu came in marked the spot for my injection and shortly thereafter I went into the OR and the Doctor and staff did an outstanding job. In no time , I was back in the prep room and after going over the path forward with the nurse, I was on my way home. Thank you Doctor Chiu and staff.
I had my appointment scheduled since October I show up and the person who supposedly scheduled it never did. Then I sit around and they squeezed me in. I see the doctor and he states that he's going to do an injection into 2 of the 3 areas of my pinched nerve and I would be getting a call to schedule it. Also gave me a script to start back up therapy and get a tens machine. A week goes by and no call. I then call up there and they state that Dr. Chui never wrote anything up for it and I need to go thru 6 weeks of therapy and call back to schedule a follow up appointment and then see about scheduling the injection. Meanwhile the doctor never said I had to do the therapy before the injection since I had already done therapy before seeing him. This place doesn't know how to do business properly and I will never go back.
