She received her bachelor’s in biomedical science with a minor in Biomedical Physics at the University of South Florida. She received her Podiatric medical degree from Barry University in Miami.

Dr. Youstina Bolos is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a member of the American College of Podiatric Medicine and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. She is a Tampa Bay area native and grew up in Palm Harbor.
She received her bachelor’s in biomedical science with a minor in Biomedical Physics at the University of South Florida, where she graduated with honors. She received her Podiatric medical degree from Barry University in Miami. She completed her forefoot and rearfoot surgical residency at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, where she served as chief resident.
She is well trained in treating patients with complex wounds using a variety of wound healing modalities. Following residency, Dr. Bolos worked as an attending at the James A. Haley VA, treating veterans with intricate lower extremity conditions. She has a passion for helping patients get back on their feet and takes pride in treating every patient as if they were a family member.
Dr. Bolos treats nonsurgical conditions below the knee, from an ingrown toenail to complex wound care and preventive care.
In her spare time, Dr. Bolos enjoys volunteering with local nonprofit organizations, exercising, and spending time with her family. She loves sports and is an avid Bucs and Lightning fan. She loves to read and considers herself a lifelong learner

Dr.Bolos is very good. She listens to her patients and is willing to try new treatments when something is not working. Dr. Bolos and I discussed other treatments that we are going to try to see if night splinting will help correct the tightness in my heel cords and calves, we are also trying new insoles, and she referred me for another round of Physical therapy using coping and needles
