He was very informative however I do wish I could have been able to explain a few issues I’ve been having as well.
This was my first time seeing Dr Lu. I found him to be courteous at first meeting but also rushing me when it was my turn to respond. I did not feel he was listening to me and when he was leaving there was no manner of thank you have a nice day. He just said someone would come to talk to me about the MRI and left. I wasn’t even sure he was finished. I have follow up and I will see if this is how he visits patients, if it is I will let him know that he does not make me feel confident in my being able to work with him.
Seemed like a friendly man, but he rushed through the visit and did not take time to explain anything or to hear me out.
Good Doctor but very rushed
He takes time with you and os a great doctor
Very professional and I recommend him to everyone. Thank you.
Very professional and courteous
Very informative and listened to my concerns
After Lu was recommended to me by another Emerge Ortho doctor, I saw him today. After exrays of my neck, Dr Lu said I have arthritis in my neck. He suggests PT, MRI & seeing the original pain mgmt dr I saw several years ago. I asked why he couldn’t help me & he said “I am a surgeon “. He was polite but did not seem the least bit interested in helping me. If he only does surgery, why did he agree to see me in the first place. Very frustrated!
Professional...excellent communication...listened + answered all my questions. Made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable
