He was professional, but lacked compassion.
Dr. Lou has an outstanding bedside manner and is very concerned about his patience, even though I was in pain he always addresses my concerns
I had questions to ask before surgery
Friendly&polite. Explained what he thought & what we were going to do.
He was nice as he entered the room there was some confusion for my care coordinator exactly what I was there for my neck or my back. I asked could he do anything to help fix me he told me he was a God and left the room. Thought that was most inconsiderate thing a doctor could tell you. I know God is our Almighty healer, but I definitely thought he might could do something to help me!
Dr Lu is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I could understand.
Spoke way to fast and never asked the right questions. He didn't give me much opportunity to explain my issues. Seams he just jumped to conclusions. He might of only spent 5 to 10 minutes in the room. After it was over I had a few things I wanted to discuss but didn't feel I had enough opportunity to do so.
Professional and knowledgeable with great social skills when explaining the situation.
