It was about an hour after my arrival that I actually saw the doctor, He was thorough in his exam and explanation but I felt a bit rushed as he was running so late.

Excellent visit. Dr Lu took the time to explain my problem and then answer all of my questions. Asset to your spine team.

I waited 45min to be seen and then he only spent 5 or so minutes telling me things I already knew about my condition. Didn't give me an opportunity to ask questions as he rushed out. I was very disappointed!

Dr. Lu is very kind and patient. He answered all my questions and was able to describe my illness in a way that I could understand. He took time to explain everything I needed to know without making me feel rushed or just another patient.

Outstanding doctor and surgeon. He corrected my lower back problem in surgery and I have no pain since my surgery on September 1, 2023. In June, July and August I had extreme pain and could hardly walk. After surgery I have had no pain. Thank you Dr. Lu.

Virtuous and efficient

It was a new patient appointment. I was told to bring medical records from my previous back doctor, and any films, and I worked diligently to pull those together to bring to the appointment. No interest in them except for the films of x-rays. I felt rushed. And interrupted when I spoke a couple of times. The problem was addressed and will give it another chance at my follow up appointment.

Dr. Lu was very professional and was very aggressive in my treatment. I truly thought he was terrific.
