I agree with the previous reviews I've read about the place being neat and clean. Courteous staff. What worried me was the fact that I received several texts to make sure I registered ahead of time. I did so except the part of scanning the insurance cards. The older lady at the front desk kept asking me questions such as" are you Lara?" Twice I told her no. " Is your address blah blah blah?" No its blah and blah. By the third wrong choice I had to ask whats going on? Am I in the right place? Do you have the right patient? She seemed to not find my child's information. I kept directing her to the 2 insurance cards I gave her. Then she asks me if my child is covered under 2 insurances. Of course! Odd question which made me hyper vigilant if you can read between the lines. I was still pleasant and thankful after it all and the other receptionist apologized for the situation. If this happens often enough maybe she needs to work another position or be retired.

I felt she was very quick into rushing to surgery. I thought she could’ve been a little more empathetic.

Dr. Lee is very kind, attentive and more than anything very knowledgeable on how to treat my daughter who is non-verbal with autism. Very grateful that my daughter was seen by Dr.Lee
