I could never say enough great things about Dr. Safford! She has the best bedside manners. You can honestly feel how much she cares about not only her patients but the parents as well. She hears them out and takes them seriously which is always a big deal when dealing with sick kiddos!! Doc sets the bar high for all pediatricians everywhere!!!

Dr. Yolanda Safford Jones, M.D., was born and raised in Augusta, GA, and is a proud graduate of A. R. Johnson High School and Spelman College. She obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her Pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia.
Dr. Safford is board-certified in Pediatrics. She joined our practice in 2018 and can be found at the Evans and Grovetown offices.
She is married with three sons and enjoys volunteering, traveling, foodie adventures, and spending time with her family.
