Dr. Tefera has identified two problems i have had: an elbow tendon tear and a shoulder tendon tear (two different time periods). In both cases, she suggested a PRP injection to aid in healing. I am so grateful for these procedures as they were both successful in getting me back on track without pain. My confidence in her work is extremely high. She is an amazing physician.

Doctor Tefera's "bedside manner" is fantastic. I appreciate her thorough explanations of the ultrasound imaging and establishing a solid plan going forward, including communicating with the other members of my care team.

Dr. Tefera is kind and listens to all my concerns while coming up with ways to address everything. Sometimes I feel the appointments are a bit rushed and it can take several weeks to get an appointment. However, she is willing to address everything, come up with a solid plan of action, and help coordinate care with physical therapists.

Dr. T is always on time, extremely friendly and professional, and gets right to the heart of the problem. I tease her that I hope not to see her again, but whenever I do, it's a pleasure.

Dr Ferrell has been diligent in recruiting an excellent staff from doctors to physicians assistants to the office manager. I am a patient who recently fell at the job. I went to the assigned urgent care center and I was in pain with decreased mobility a month after the accident. Within a month after seeing Dr. Tefera, I have made a full recovery with increased mobility. I am able to continue exercise classes which contribute to improving my overall health.

From jiu-jitsu to powerlifting, I've participated in multiple sports throughout my lifetime. For that reason, I've been to quite of few Orthopedics and sports medicine doctors, due to injuries aquired from sports/fitness activities. I will say that Dr. Tefera's knowledge, patience, and care for her patiences are some of the best I've ever encountered. If you want someone who knows what he/she is talking about, go to her. I would recommend her 10/10 times.

I saw her for a foot injury she diagnosed preliminarily as arthritis while waiting for an xray, and a forearm injury diagnosed as nerve inflammation, and prescribed physical therapy to get nerve glide exercises

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had entering a new doctor’s office! Dr. Tefera and the entire staff absolutely deserve all the 5-Star ratings I saw when trying to decide who my new Sports Medicine doc should be. The doc spent time listening to me, truly listening, examining my running related ailments, and making excellent recommendations for our next steps.
