Dr. Ying C. Moyer, D.O., completed her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech and her medical degree at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. She and her husband completed their residency training here in Richmond at VCU and have two girls and a husky at home. Ying hopes to combine her medical knowledge along with her “mom knowledge” to provide her families and patients with the best care and is passionate about a team based approach (e.g. incorporating the family) with decision making in regards to their child’s care.

Excellent patient care and provided so much education and information. She was kind and empathetic to my baby's diagnosis. I really appreciate all the time she took to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the treatment plan. Im so glad I met her.
