Dr. Ying Long, M.D., is an internal medicine specialist, board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Prior to relocating to the Pacific Northwest with her husband and young son, Dr. Long served as a hospitalist in a rural hospital in Minnesota for many years. As a hospitalist in this setting, she was responsible for many critically ill and complicated internal medicine patients. She enjoys the complexity of internal medicine and the deep, long-standing relationships with patients and families she knows is integral to thorough, thoughtful medical care.
Dr. Long chose AIM Health because she values establishing meaningful long-term connections with her patients. AIM Health’s concierge model offers the extra time and smaller patient panels necessary to deliver clinical excellence and offer the kind of attention needed to truly care for her patients.
She earned her medical degree in 2012 from Xiangya School of Medicine in China and completed residency at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Florida with clerkships at Yale. During her residency, she was awarded Resident of the Year and earned a leadership excellence award while in medical school.
She’s been described as a “gem” with a warm personality and a unique ability to connect with people and attend to details to provide the best care possible.
Outside the office, Dr. Long enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Long is currently accepting new patients.
