Dr. Sachdeva is a very special doctor. She truly cares about her patients. She explains details of your liver, and sets goals with her patients to improve your health. I highly recommend Dr. Sachdeva to anyone with a liver issue.

She is always late for our medical appointments. I have waited for over an hour on more than one occasion. She even forgot to log in to our telemedicine appointment. They charged me for her no-show. Then, the next day, I was left waiting for someone to assist with a new appointment, and they left me waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and hung up on me twice.

Dr. Sachdeva listened to my questions. She then clearly explained the answers and wanted me to be satisfied that all my concerns had been answered. Her demeanor was pleasant and she did not appear rushed to finish the appointment and go on to the next one.

Dr. Sachdeva is what every physician should strive to be; professional, a great listener, funny at times, super likable and when I ask her if she could be my primary Dr. she said no. Bummer !!!

Excelente bedside manner. Very professional and detail oriented. She spoke perfect Spanish with my mom who was with me at one of my appointments. She seems to genuinely care for her patients. I’m very lucky to have her as part of my care team!
