The Best Listener Ever!

(2 weeks ago) Sep-2026

Extremely disappointing experience. The bedside manner was terrible. I did not feel heard or taken seriously at any point during my appointment. I tried to explain my concerns, but instead of listening and addressing them, I felt brushed off and rushed through the visit like I was just another number on the schedule. When you go to a specialist, especially with serious concerns, you expect the provider to listen, ask questions, and make you feel like your health actually matters. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. I walked out feeling defeated, dismissed, and even more frustrated than when I walked in. I understand providers are busy, but patients deserve compassion, communication, and basic respect. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

He was dismissive of my thoughts and experiences.

Very professional, addressed my needs, and answered question succinctly and clearly. He listened without interruption and was decisive in his instructions for a return visit in 6 months. I will go back.

Answered all my questions

Needed to actually get treatment and speak to the neurologist. Instead, he called an hour and a half before the appointment, said he’d be doing a phone consultation instead of the scheduled appointment, said he would refill medications, and that’s it. I’ve never seen such laziness, apathy, and lack of care and respect from a medical provider.

He’s a very professional doctor, he knows his job well. I’d recommend him.
