He is such a great doctor and person He takes the extra time and effort to explain every thing about your condition and treatment. He is the best.

Dr. Song operated on our 16-year-old son, Joseph in December. Dr. Song was amazing to work with, he instantly made us feel comfortable and confident that the surgical repair would be successful, and it absolutely was. Joe is now six months out and he has been fully released to participate in all sports and activities.

Most comforting experience dealing with a painful and new circumstance. His patience, thorough explanations and kindness surpass his work. Will recommend him and his accommodating staff. Excellent plus.

Long wait, but when he was with me he was fully with me and engaged even with a very busy office. I greatly appreciated his approach. I would have marked this as the top rating if the wait wasn't so long but I also believe that was likely because he was treating someone else with complete care and I can appreciate that.

Not enough tìme spent

What a waste of time coming to ROC and seeing Dr. Song. Went in for a surgical consult for my daughter’s broken arm. Dr. Song told us she needed surgery (which we already knew from the ER doc) and then told us to go to Lurie. Why did you take our appointment only to send us elsewhere? Waste of time
