Dr. Van De Car was great! I got worked into his schedule at the last minute. He made quick work of helping me with my stye so that I felt safe leaving on a 40 mile backpacking trip the next day!

Dr VanDeCar was very personable and communicated his assessments pertaining to my concerns …which was very much appreciated. I feel this was a much more positive and appreciated visit then it was in the past with the previous doctor Christensen.

Seems very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant personality. As a result of today’s urgent appointment, I’m going to begin seeing Dr. Van de Car for my annual exams instead of my previous long-term ophthalmologist.

Dr. Van De Car practices comprehensive ophthalmology, with his largest enjoyment coming from the relationships fostered with his patients. Though he spent most of his time in Michigan, Dr. Van De Car is excited to in the Northwest where he spent his early childhood and developed an affinity for Seattle professional sports. In his free time he loves to spend quality time with his family, hike, explore the outdoors, and travel.
