Such a pleasant experience with Dr Stevens … down to earth with his advice … in depth x-ray analysis and physical movement … very personable … happy he took my case … the whole staff from reception to MA to X-ray tech was warm and welcoming
I don't like because when I was with the nurse, she told I need to take X-ray if I want to see the doctor. They told me the only I need to take for see this doctor was the last MRI and health record.Othee thing I don't like was I askes if my health insurance covers the X- ray. They answered they did not. Definitely I don't like the place and the people working there.
Literally spoke to me less then 5 minutes, said surgery wasn’t recommended 3 years ago he’s a surgeon don’t know what he can do. Didn’t address how much pain I am in, offer anything at all. I asked about pain management and he said that is someone else to talk to. Felt very dismissed since in his eyes I didn’t need surgery right away. Not impressed at all
Dr Stevens is an EXCELLENT surgeon! He and his staff provided me with great concern and care for my back surgery!
He is direct and kind. I picked him for his expertise and education. I do not need someone with a bedside manner, but he does seem to have that. I want the best and I have confidence that he is the best.
He speaks extremely soft and can be difficult to understand.
