Very professional, providing good explanation while maintaining an ethical high bar.
Dr Stevens explained everything very well ,,
He gave me more information about my pain than anyone before. Very personable.
We waited an hour & ten minutes to see Dr. Stevens, which is expected with a specialist…but with that, I would’ve hoped to have an adequate amount of time for my daughter’s appointment. He spoke so fast, as he dictated his notes…didn’t even look at my daughter’s back & said her 27% spinal curvature wasn’t causing her pain. He said the X-rays we had done were not sufficient, but didn’t take new ones while we were there. He said we could wait until after the first if the year. Definitely disappointed & seeking a second opinion.
Dr Stevens is an Exceptional Surgeon!
Dr. Stevens is very professional to the point, doesn’t waste your time. He addresses all the issues and tells you how it is.
I visited Dr. Williams today, and while he is knowledgeable and demonstrates a high level of professionalism, I found him to be somewhat lacking in bedside manner. He was a bit brusque in his communication and didn’t come across as particularly warm or empathetic. While his expertise is undeniable, I believe that a more compassionate approach would greatly enhance the patient experience.
Straight to the point very professional
Outstanding
Went for a second opinion for my neck he really cleared it up for me and gave me better understanding
