At the age of 12, a young Dr. William Stevens knew he wanted to be a doctor. When that dream was realized, he fell in love with the challenges and opportunities afforded by spine surgery. As a spine surgeon, he has the chance to have a life-changing impact on the lives of his patients by giving back to them, their quality of life.
Dr. William Stevens is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with his expertise in spinal disorders and received his Medical Degree from Brown University in Providence, RI. His post-graduate training includes a Fellowship in Spinal Deformity Surgery from UC San Francisco and Residency in Orthopedic Surgery and Internship in General Surgery from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, The North American Spine Society, the Scoliosis Research Society and the Orthopaedic Surgeons Network of Arizona.
In addition to his numerous publications and presentations, Dr. Stevens has traveled to the Bahamas several times over the past 12 years for surgical missions to perform corrective surgery on children with spinal deformities.

Outstanding Dr. Just the straight facts & solutions. My daughter, who came with me, is an occupational therapist & was extremely impressed as well. She said "if you have to get back surgery, that's the kind of Dr you want doing it".
Very honest in his diagnosis
Dr. Stevens talked very very softly. It was hard to hear him when he talked to me. I didn’t understand things completely, but his written instructions were much clearer.
Very attentive. My first experience was super positive and the staff is friendly and helpful.
