Was very informative and pleasant. I felt he is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. Refreshing
He is & has ALWAYS been a GOD 🙏🏻 send 🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻
I love his honesty and value his opinion.
He is concerned about the well-being of his patients and explains the necessary steps to recover and achieve a healthier future.
Prompt, courteous and professional. Addresses my issue quickly and properly.
I waited two months for this appointment, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor arrived late, briefly glanced at my MRI, and did not perform any physical examination despite my ongoing spine pain. He left the room and never returned, leaving me only with his assistant, which was not what I expected from a specialist visit. This was also not my first bad experience with this office. My previous appointment was canceled on the spot because they incorrectly registered me as an established patient instead of a new patient — even though the mistake was on their end. Overall, the lack of thorough care, poor communication, and administrative disorganization made me feel completely disregarded as a patient. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
Seemed very uninterested in my case, was being rude did not care about my overall health didn’t give me a chance to show the two different MRI’s that I’ve had and referred me to another doctor just for my work comp so more time spent scheduling and wasting for more appointments if I knew you were going to be in such a hasty mood to get me out of there I would have never booked with you in the first place teeth dem mashup like.
I didn’t actually see him. I seen somebody from his office, which was not what was my appointment was supposed to be. She was rude and belittling. I would never go back to this place again. The woman I seen made me feel bad about myself and she couldn’t wait to get out of the room fast enough.
Saw the assistant very nice
William Stevens did not listen to me or treat me like a person I was just a number everyone from the receptionist to the nurse was rude I've had a lifelong condition and it's a complicated thing and they wouldn't listen to me he basically walked in
