Zero stars would be too much credit for this disgrace to the profession. My "exam" was less than five minutes. I was told to leave the room so "someone who needed it" could use it. He directly lied on my discharge paperwork making statements that inflated the appearance of the farce that he passed off as an exam and falsified my medical history and stated symptoms. I am both horrified and feel deeply violated by my experience with this supposed medical provider and will be filing a grievance with every agency that I can. He should not be practicing medicine in any capacity and should have his license stripped from him. I am truly disgusted.
Best spine surgeon ever
Excellent provider, rapid diagnosis, look forward to further visits.
He talks to you in terms you understand very pleasant Doctor !
The most terrible experience, I drove 75 miles to go see Dr Stevens started my day at 8:00am to get ready left my house at 10:00am I wanted to be early to feel all my information got to Ortho Az about 11:45 am finished all the long questionnaire my appointment was scheduled, but I keep waiting to be called in and nothing so I went to the front desk and asked the young lady there, and she goes, I am sorry but I don't think you will be seeing today let's reschedule.,...what!!! I drove 75 miles what's the problem? She said we don't have a PCP referral, I said but I have a referral from my Dr Rolhan he is the one that sent me here not my PCP I said let me call my PCP office to see if I can get a referral faxed long story short I got a referral from my PCP that no one made sure to tell me I needed After she found the referral she stated let me go to the back I'll be back and when she came back asked me if I wanted to be seen by Drs assistant I asked why? because Dr Stevens had already left
Professional and to the point. Extremely efficient
Very personable
He was 45 minutes late and was "having a day". Whatever put him behind, I don't know. But he wanted get me out as fast as he could. Maybe I should not have been referred to a surgeon for a diagnosis in the first place.
Very efficient and to the point!
Has an amazing visit! He and his staff are friendly and care about the patient. Would highly recommend!
