I find him very hard to talk with and he does not know how to explain my issues to me. At one point when I was explaining my pain he said “you are 65 years old you are going to hurt “. He also said “I am 70 years old and I hurt”! I was so shocked at this statement that I could not respond! I wonder why I am even seeing him if this is the way he feels. I want a doctor who can listen to me explain my symptoms and try to help me. I am very doubtful I will be back. I am so disappointed in him and the way he made me feel!! I hope he does better in the future!

Although Dr. Shergy is retiring, I congratulate him on being the best rheumatologist doctor I've ever had in over 14 years. He's has a great bedside manner and he is very knowledgeable. He deserves some leisure time to enjoy himself. I will miss him.
