I found Dr Sheppard to be very nice, caring and professional. He makes you feel very comfortable talking to him and he takes the time to listen. I'm very lucky to have chosen him as my doctor. I also like how through he is.
1st time meeting this provider and he was cordial & very knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with & he listened to my concerns & explained what was going on with my condition. Highly recommend!
Dr. Sheppard is excellent. He saw several issues that I’ve had. he is very easy to talk to, explains the situation well, and he listens to his patients. 5 STARS!!
Rushed through appointment. Did not really listen to my issues or look at my current prescriptions before prescribing me a medication that is not related to my problem, and that conflicts with another medication I already take.
Doctor Dr. Sheppard is amazing dock for ENT and he took care of my children and myself and he’s great with his mannerisms and can make you laugh
