Dr. Schiff's sensitivity and compassion assured me my well-being was his utmost concern during the procedure.

Dr Schiff has provided consistent follow up care, but really has nothing else to provide in terms of long term care other than take cranberry pills and don’t treat Bacturia with antibiotics unless pt is symptomatic. But what is symptomatic and who is supposed to determine that? The patient? Or the doctor?

I went for a script refill, I was misled into having procedures I did not need and did not request then I was denied a script for meds I’ve been taking since 2006 the doctors assistant misled me he knew the dr would not Priceline injection , as we discussed this in a previous visit. Now I have a big bill and nothing to show for it!

I waited over an hour as patients that arrived after me, went before me. I was told probably because they were only having injections. That shouldn't matter if their appointment time was after mine. Then over another 20 minutes waiting in the room. Then, not even 3 minutes with the doctor. Stop over-booking.

Went over results of all tests. Answered all concerns and explained options so I could understand.

Very sad that I needed to have additional testosterone pellets and the authorization department was too lazy to contact the insurance company to see if covered. I called and was advised would be covered by the insurance if the doctor stated on my chart medical necessity for the additional pellets then would be covered and no additional money would be due from me. The doctor himself is fine but doctor needs to know what is going on behind the scenes.

Dr Schiff is a pro. Great bedside.manners and conversation. He is reassuring and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good urologist.
