AWFUL!
Poor attitude, minimal effort, and VERY rude. This "Doctors" unprofessionalism should be concerning to upper management. Mr. Polacheck is not very knowledgeable to issues pertaining too his profession or really genuinely doesn't care about his patient. I was truly uncomfortable. The only reason I gave William a star at all is because he scheduled me to a different doctor.. I'd give him 2 stars if he can shake a hand.
