Doctors and staff don't seem to be communicating well with each other. doctor Patterson wasn't aware of previous changes of treatment that had been made between patient and PA. Staff seemed to be unwilling or unable to submit needed request to CCN(VA) for their approval. I had been asking for this to be done since mid December.

He performed rotator cuff surgery on my wife with very positive results and properly diagnosed my shoulder surgery.

Dr Paterson is an EXCELLENT surgeon. He repaired my rotator cuff and a torn bicep tendon and did an incredible job on it! I’m 7 weeks out of my surgery and the PT plan he wrote is awesome! I had a total reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Paterson was the surgeon. I could not have had a better one. Did not know what I was in for even though I was told to make an appointment. It also took an hour after I was secluded to be seen to see me.

Diagnosed the issue and got me in for surgery quickly. The injury was worse than MRI showed and Dr. Paterson fixed it all. I am very thankful to have had such a great surgeon fix my shoulder.

Both prior and after my shoulder surgery, I was given clear information on what to expect. One small complaint during my 6 visits to Ortho Arizona, once I was put in the private patient room, my wait to see the doctor or his assistant averaged 22 minutes.
