He is a good surgeon but does have the ability to be misguided and turn a necessary surgery deemed a year ago by his own words into an appointment insinuating it was not necessary yet and on top of that his, Assistant Carol, is fully granted to verbally abuse a patient without consequence. So my advice is do not use unless you wish to run the risk of being invalidated.
